Making Payments

Please note that some banks charge international transaction fees on credit card purchases. You will have to check with your individual bank for details

After Submitting Payment

Upon placement of your order, we will send an order confirmation. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation from us, please verify that you have completed the payment process.

Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared shipment. You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been shipped that includes any relevant tracking information.

Domestic orders are fulfilled through Australia Post with an estimated shipment time of 5-10 business days. International orders are fulfilled through Australia Post International with an estimated shipment time of 10-20 business days.

To ensure your delivery arrives to the correct destination and on time, please ensure your shipment address is correct and that someone is available to sign and collect the delivery.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
